Show and tell about old Swedish hunting techniques in northern Sweden.
Although a lot of this kind of traps are not allowed anymore, snaring some birds and animal are allowed with a special permit. We will look closer to a variation of the Siberian deadfall, that has been used a lot but is not widely known.
On the workshop we will make a birdsnare for Lagopus muta – rock ptarmigan. No tools or experiences needed.
